Hot and sour chicken and apple soup Baked winter granola apples
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl place over hot water.
- Mix well to combine. Cool slightly to thicken mixture a little.
- Place a sheet of baking paper on a working surface and spear apples with kebab sticks.
- Dip each apple into chocolate mixture and sprinkle with toppings of choice.
- Set aside to set before serving.
- For a sweeter coating use regular milk chocolate.
