8-10 gala apples
8-10 strong kebab sticks or non-poisonous sticks
raw chocolate or (85% dark chocolate)
100g
coconut oil
100g

for sprinkling

handful each of mixed seeds, coconut flakes, chopped pistachio nuts

Vegan toffee apples

Method

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl place over hot water.
Mix well to combine. Cool slightly to thicken mixture a little.
Place a sheet of baking paper on a working surface and spear apples with kebab sticks.
Dip each apple into chocolate mixture and sprinkle with toppings of choice.
Set aside to set before serving.

Cooks Tip:

For a sweeter coating use regular milk chocolate.
