At CAPE, we’re defined by the quality of our fruit. So, we care for the people who nurture and produce it – our employees. Our social development projects include installing infrastructure, such as improved drinking water systems. We’re also involved in building and renovating accommodation and facilities for our workers.
Blue Hand “we care”™ is a non-profit public benefit organisation, funded entirely by the Capespan Group.
The sole purpose of Blue Hand is to improve the quality of life of the people who live and work on Capespan farms.
Blue Hand aims to address primary healthcare, basic education, and life-skills development needs. We do this by using integrated, sustainable initiatives that uplift our employees and their communities. We also support and sponsor local community projects.
