Red Grape ice-lollies.

These are great for kids- but add something boozy for adults if you like

Ingredients

red grapes
150g
red grape juice
2 cups each (500ml)
lime juice
to taste
lolly moulds and sticks

Method

Remove grapes from stalks and halve some of them (if needed).

Stuff grapes into lolly moulds and top up with juice.

Insert a stick into each lolly and freeze until solid.

Unmould and serve.

Cook’s tip:

Replace juice with 500ml rose or white wine mixed with ¼ cup of sugar or add 1/3 cup (80ml) vodka to the grape juice.
If you don’t have lolly moulds up cycle small yoghurt tubs into moulds.
